CORE STABILITY
This class focuses on developing the core muscles of your body. Strengthen and stabilise this set of muscles and you'll improve your posture, reduce your chances of injury and back pain. It's also great fun!!
LEGS BUMS N TUMS
This is one of TCSC’s most popular classes. Legs, Bums and Tums (LBT) classes are ideal for those people wishing to give more definition and firm up these notoriously difficult areas. The class involves an initial cardiovascular warm up followed by a lower impact toning session to up beat music for your motivation. The emphasis within this class is on good technique of the movement and repetitive contraction of the specific muscle groups.
CYCLE FIT
see participants exercising on specially designed stationary bikes with variable resistance. Because you're exercising with others and being pushed by a dedicated instructor, it’s an intense workout, and once the class starts the momentum never lets up. Depending on the whim of the instructor, you will find you are either sprinting on the flat or enduring the mountain leg of the Tour de France - with the resistance suitably adjusted, you can ride sitting, standing or hovering over your saddle peddling at different rates, but inevitably swept along by the beat of the music and the buzz in the room.
BODY CONDITIONING
Beginners to intermediates. Using basic exercises which you can perform at your own pace, but the class atmosphere will make you push yourself harder!
STRENGTH CONDITIONING
For intermediate to advanced gym goers. Aimed at developing functional strength and improving your overall fitness!
CIRCUITS
Circuit training is an efficient and challenging form of exercise. It works well for developing strength, endurance (both aerobic and anaerobic), flexibility and coordination. Something for everyone whatever your ability The quick pace and constant switching between exercises and equipment shocks your body and tackles all your major muscle groups, meaning you get should get an effective full-body workout.
YOGA
Yoga can improve flexibility, strength, balance, and stamina. In addition, many people who practice yoga say that it reduces anxiety and stress, improves mental clarity, and even helps them sleep better.
